In most hilly regions kids have to trek to reach their schools and undoubtedly have to trek all the way back. By the time they reach how it’s near darkness. Profesor Charu Monga from IIT Guwahati designed Solar Bag named Jugnu.

Jugnu uses solar panels which are integrated into the bag to store power for an LED light.
This bag can not only be used by students but also by trekkers, soldiers, local women and men who travel for work.
